Each month, you'll engage in tailored coaching sessions and practical exercises, putting you in control of your wellness journey. Plus, you’ll have ongoing support via email between sessions. Hey there, I'm Terry. At 61 years young, I am a seasoned transformational wellness coach that knows firsthand the overwhelming weight of stress, anxiety, and depression can have on your well being. Just five years ago, I found myself at a crossroads, struggling to emotionally regulate amidst life's challenges. From caring for dying parents, launching adult children, battling addiction to busyness, and even facing a daunting cancer diagnosis.


But here's the game-changer: I discovered the incredible efficacy of holistic wellness modalities. These tools became powerful pillars of strength during the most turbulent times of my life, enabling me to not just survive but thrive in the face of adversity.
